Please Help the Academy Move Into Its New Home!

Since 2000, Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God Academy has almost tripled in size, going from 40 students to 116. Currently, every inch of available space is taken. With more students due for the start of 2007, The Academy must move.

Providence has managed to put Warner Elementary School into our hands. We have signed a purchase agreement for the 44.76 acre property featuring the 60,000 square foot building.

• $513,412.77 Price of 60,000 square foot school building and 44.6 acres
• $90,000 Utilities cost for one year
• $60,000 estimated maintenance cost for one year

What we have:

• $180,000 already pledged.

Present Objective:

• $333,413 loan to reach the purchase price of $513,412.77
• $150,000 donations and/or loan to pay operating & maintenance costs for one year.

As closing time rapidly approaches, BVM must come up with the necessary funds to purchase the building, as well as maintain it for the coming year.
